Victoria at VCR fitness really helped me achieve my goal of getting my fitness levels back after having my first baby. She was able to accommodate my 10 month old in my personalised studio sessions. I was also a complete novice but Victoria helped me learn the correct techniques to do exercises without causing injury to myself. I’d had a c section so it was really important i didnt push myself too much or do the wrong exercises that would of slowed my recovery.
Victoria always showed me new exercises in every session so it kept me engaged. I really liked that she would take time to show me the incorrect and correct technique so i could learn to tell the difference myself. I really liked that there is a variety of equipment for indoor and outdoor use. Victoria always tailored the session to me and knew the perfect solutions for making exercises easier or tougher depending on my ability in the session. I really loved using the reformer, a specialised piece of equipment for pilates exercises.
After six months I have increased my strength, lost weight and have more energy. I also gained a wealth of knowledge under her training. As I am moving house Victoria gave me a personalised exercise plan and I really do feel I am now able to continue the fitness programe she designed for me.
